meet the founder

Hi, I'm Otaniyien, a certified personal trainer with 15+ years of experience. My approach is all about blending strength training with education and a holistic view of wellness, to help you reach your goals. Most of my clients come to me with little to no experience in the gym or lacking confidence in the gym environment. I pride myself in my ability to help build that confidence.

My aim for each client? To see you leave the gym feeling confident and in control, progressing at a pace that suits you.

No matter your starting point or fitness goals, One of the key questions will be: What is your deep why? Would you like to age well? Who do you need to be healthy and strong for? Taking a proactive approach now is the key to getting you in the best shape of your life today, and keeping you there long-term. It all starts with focusing on a way of thinking.
